Submit new ticket
When using email to respond or comment on any helpdesk ticket, always include the ticket reference number. If you have opt to recieve an email notification on this ticket, the email will include this reference number.
This is a list of tickets which yu logged or that is assigned to you.

Look at https://github.com/jstedfast/MimeKit/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aclosed with the tabs at the top. Do something similar with tabs at the top withthe statusses New. closed, etc.
